Ayurvedic jam Chyawanprash, Everest Ayurveda, 300g

Chhawanprash, a nutritious herbal jam, is considered in Ayurveda to be the "elixir of life" because of its rejuvenating effects in the Ayurvedic system of medicine. They consist of unique combinations of herbs which, due to their antioxidant properties, are beneficial for gastrointestinal function, optimal immune function and the overall vitality of the body's tissues. Legend has it that in ancient times, the sage Chyawan revived his youth and well-being by eating Amla (Amalaki) fruit along with dozens of other herbs, and lived to a ripe old age. This is the origin of a unique herbal elixir called Chyawanprash.

Ingredients: emblica officinalis (Indian leaf-leaf), Terminalia bellirica (cordgrass), Terminalia chebula (hairy cordgrass), Andrographis paniculate (andrographis paniculate), Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom), Tribulus terrestris (cow-horn), glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice), centella asiatica (Asian centella), asparagus racemosus (asparagus racemosus), withania somnifera (withania somnifera), vitis vinifera (grape vine), santalum album (white sandalwood), curcuma zedoaria (white turmeric), myristica fragrans (scented nutmeg), cuminum cyminum (camphor cinnamon), tinospora cordifolia (heart-leaf crabgrass), cinnamomum zeylanicum (ceylon cinnamon), cinnamomum verum (ceylon cinnamon), syzygium aromaticum (fragrant clove), ocimum sanctum (basil), inula helenium (great cloudberry), pueraria lobata (mountain pueraria), piper longum (long pepper), cinnamomum camphora (camphor cinnamon), cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass), valeriana officinalis (valerian), ghee (melted butter), honey, palm syrup.

Quantity: 300g of herbal jam.

Recommended use: 1 teaspoon (5g) 2-3 times a day, alone or with a cup of lukewarm milk or water. To prepare the drink, mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) with 250 ml of warm water.

Keep away from children. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
