Nayanaprash nutritional herbal elixir is a suitable aid in maintaining vision functions and vision quality.

The most common causes of visual impairment are unilateral eye strain resulting from bad habits such as reading while lying on your stomach, insufficient lighting, working at the computer or watching TV without regular breaks. Incorrect posture associated with sitting leads to neck stiffness, insufficient blood flow to the brain and uneven eye muscle load. Based on this, neurological symptoms may appear - pressure and pain in the eyes, which reduce visual comfort in the form of myopia, farsightedness or even cataracts. The quality of vision is also affected by mental tension, stress or lack of sleep, resulting in headaches, red or burning eyes, dry eye syndrome, conjunctivitis and general fatigue.

Quantity: 200g of herbal jam

Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon (5g) 2-3 times a day alone or with a cup of lukewarm milk or water. To prepare the drink, mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) with 250 ml of warm water.
