Thanks to plant-derived surfactants, our mild shampoo cleanses gently without damaging the scalp.

The synergy of Ayurvedic extracts of methi (fenugreek), brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) and amla (Emblica officinalis) helps to strengthen and condition hair. Ginger gently cleanses the scalp, while Chamomile water soothes and relieves irritation.

This leaves hair shiny, soft and strengthened.

Amla and brahmi, Rasayana plants rich in antioxidants, contribute to the long life of the hair.

Methi or fenugreek is an herb recognised in Ayurveda as having various properties, including strengthening hair, combating hair loss and hair growth. It is therefore very useful for thinning, fine and weak hair, as well as at times of the year when hair is naturally more frizzy, and for anyone who wants to strengthen their hair and maintain its moisture and health.

Adrak, or ginger, is a root that Ayurveda considers to be a rasayana and is used not only as a valuable food but also as a cosmetic remedy to combat hair loss (anti-hair loss), skin problems and hair loss prevention.

Amla is a Rasayana plant that is recognised by Āyurveda as having many beneficial properties for skin and hair. It strengthens, revitalises and prevents hair loss. It stimulates hair growth, makes it thicker and shinier, and combats premature hair loss (anti-greying).

Brahmi, another rasayana herb, revitalises, stimulates hair growth, combats and prevents premature hair loss, thickens the hair shaft, prevents breakage and split ends.

Recommendations for use:

Apply a small amount to the skin and massage in. For best results, leave on for a few minutes. For a few minutes, leave on for a few minutes and rinse well. Use Rasayana conditioner or mask according to your hair type.

You can alternate the mild shampoo with other Rasayana specific shampoos to customise your hair care treatment.

If you have fine, brittle, breakable hair, we recommend using the mild shampoo in combination with the 2 in 1 strengthening conditioner and mask.

Contains amla. Do not leave on light hair for more than 3-5 minutes as a precaution.

Contains no colouring agents. Peculiar colour, dullness or dark spots are considered to be a normal phenomenon caused by Ayurvedic dry extracts.
