Food supplement Chitrakadi Vati, Maharishi Ayurveda, 60 tablets

Chitrakadi Vati is recommended when Pitta dosha is very low. Chitrak, or Plumbago zeylanica, is one of the oldest Ayurvedic plants and one of the main ingredients in this Ayurvedic recipe. It has a spicy flavour and has light, dry and Pitta dosha-enhancing properties.

Chitrakadi Vati also contains many spices such as black pepper, pippali (Piper longum, long pepper), Piper chaba, a variety of long pepper, ginger and asafoetida. According to Ayurveda, all these spices support digestion and the 'digestive fire' Agni. In addition, various Ayurvedic salts help to balance Pitta dosha.

Piper longum (Pippali) 62/124 mg, black rock salt 62/124 mg, Apium graveolens (celery seed) 31/62 mg, Piper chaba 31/62 mg, Plumbago zeylanica 31/62 mg, Ferula narthex (asantas) 31/62 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 31/62 mg, Herbal salt 31/62 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 31/62 mg, Hordeum vulgare (barley ash) 31/62 mg. table salt 31/62 mg, rock salt 31/62 mg, sodium carbonate 31/62 mg. Lemon 9/18 mg, thickener gum arabic, tapioca starch, rice starch.

Ingredients:

Adults: 1-2 tablets daily with warm water.

Take 1-2 tablets per day, 1-2 tablets per day, 1-2 tablets per day, 1 tablespoon per serving
