Ayurvedic body brush for dry Garshan massage Urban Veda

Vegan and sustainably made, this walnut tree and cactus sisal fiber body brush is used for the ancient Ayurvedic Garashu ritual (dry body cleansing).

This naturally strong fibrous brush, used to promote body detoxification and lymph flow, also improves blood circulation and softens the skin. The daily massage with a dry brush, practiced for thousands of years, will release the inner radiance of the body and allow it to radiate from the capillaries with a warming and nourishing feeling.

To use: Starting from the feet (our roots) and moving up to the neck, wipe the body in a wide motion towards the center of the heart until the skin is dry to stimulate and open the capillaries ready to soak the skin in moisture. Use circular movements at the stomach and joints and long sweeping movements of the hands and feet.

For best results, apply a massage oil or Urban Veda body lotion after the dry massage brush.
