Vata Maharishi tea has a full and mild aroma without sugar. It has the soothing, warming and harmonizing effect of Vata dosha. Vata tea is especially soothing when you need to do strenuous mental work and is great to drink in the evening or while traveling, as well as in cold, windy weather.
Preparation / Use: Pour 1 sachet of tea into ¼ liters of boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes. You can add cane sugar and / or milk or lemon to taste.
