Burning a candle

In many traditions of our world, lighting a candle represents a sacred act that means more than words can say; it means gratitude. Since time immemorial, man has lit candles in holy places. Perhaps you would like to start or end the day with this simple ritual of lighting a candle for yourself and others.

Warnings - instructions for use:

Trim the wick to ¼ inch (0.5 cm) each time you light the candle.

For the most efficient candle burning, burn evenly at least one inch (±2 cm) of candle diameter per hour each time you light the candle.

Burn the candle in a visible place.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Never burn on or near anything flammable.

Burn the candle on a heat-resistant, smooth and stable surface.

Burn in a well-ventilated area, but keep away from drafts and ventilation openings.

Do not move the candle while it is lit or until the wax hardens.

The smoldering parts in the candle wax are flammable and can catch fire. Therefore, be extremely careful and never leave a burning candle unattended!
