Instructions for use: Shake before use. Rinse your mouth for 2 to 20 minutes with 1 teaspoon of oil, then spit out. Rinse your mouth with warm water and brush your teeth as usual. According to Ayurvedic traditions, the mouth should be rinsed with oil on an empty stomach as soon as it gets up in the morning.
