Long turmeric rhizome powder (Curcuma longa) - 300mg

Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa) - 50mg, including curcuminoids - 45mg

fruit powder of Indian sedge (Emblica officinalis) - 100ml

Contains no flavorings, colorings, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, preservatives, gelatin or soda.

Use : can be used for up to 3 months in adults. 1 tablet twice a day or 1-2 tablets once a day in the evening with a sufficient amount of lukewarm water. To achieve a better effect, it is recommended to use it for 2-3 months. One package is enough for 2 months.
