Start by practising one very simple method every day, at least six times a day. It only takes half a minute each time, so you'll get three minutes a day. This is the shortest meditation in the world! But it has to be done suddenly and unexpectedly - that's the point.
* Walking down the street you suddenly remember.
* Stop, stop completely, no movement.
* Be present in the flow for half a minute.
* Whatever the situation, stop completely and just be present to what is happening.
* Then start moving again.
Six times a day. You can do more, but not less - you will be more open.
It must be done suddenly!
If you suddenly become present in the flow, the whole energy will change. The mental sequence stops. And it happens so suddenly that the mind cannot immediately create a new thought. It takes time, the mind is stupid.
Anywhere, whenever you remember - shake your whole being and stop.
You are not the only one who understands this. Soon you will feel that others have understood your energy, that something has happened, that something unknown has entered into you. After some time doing this exercise, you will definitely feel a surge of energy and strength.
