Consumption:

Eat 1-2 teaspoons a day. You can also dissolve this amount in hot water and make a delicious warming drink. Suitable for mixing into hot milk or herbal tea. Delicious spread on toast. Great tonic for children (5-12 years) - half a teaspoon twice a day.
