Zingiber officinale (true ginger) enhances the body's vital energy and vitality.

Inula helenium (great cloudberry) has a soothing effect on the throat and respiratory tract.

Piper nigrum (black pepper) helps to ease breathing. It has a positive effect on the nervous system.

Cinnamomum camphora (camphor cinnamon) supports blood circulation and vascular function.

Ingredients: zingiber officinale (ginger), inula helenium (cloudberry), piper nigrum (black pepper), cinnamomum camphora (camphor cinnamon).

Quantity: 100 g loose tea

Recommended dosage: 2 cups per day.

Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.

Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
